We still have spots for golf at the Frankston private club on Friday 30th.

It is purely a social day with fellow Demons.

Hit offs are 10am & then from 2pm with lunch included at 1pm.

Two players have confirmed.

$80 is the inclusive cost. Just BYO alcohol.

    An excellent day at Melbourne’s truly unique golf course.

    Fantastic that we can self cater, enabling Trish & Tricia to take us to 5 star cuisine.

    The major winner’s trophy again goes into the Grimes cabinet. Well done Nathan!

    The other score reported was 24 golf balls lost & 38 others found. A net gain!!

    Tx to club member hosts Richard & Robyn for assisting & “YES... we would love to come back, please”.

    Great to see those non golfers who popped in for lunch & added to the company.

    Ditto to Michael of the Demon Phillipines branch who stepped off a 737 & still managed lunch & 9 holes. Sleep well mate!!

    For the future, if you are a non golfing Demon, but would like to share lunch at this fantastic venue, let me know by reply for future events.

      One of the big stories of the AFL off-season was the spending spree of Melbourne’s Round 1 opponent, St Kilda. They splashed out heavily, first to retain Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera - the hero of last year’s epic come-from-behind miracle victory -turning him into a $2 million man. They then effectively took out an expensive overdraft to recruit a string of expensive players from other clubs. It was a risky investment strategy and, although it’s still early days, it certainly failed to pay off in Sunday’s season opener, with much of the glitter turning to fool’s gold.
