Only noticed this because of a discrepancy in how we grab our memberships.

With the 2012 memberships, the only delivery option was 'Will Call' when we purchased ours - meaning that they were actually to be picked up. It was an error on the website. Now, a lot of them have been sent out anyway with no dramas - but some didn't get sent. Mine was one of them, turns out it processed incorrectly. You'll just need to give the club a call and confirm details if it's an issue.

So if you've purchased your membership a while ago and haven't received it yet, it might have had a similar thing happen. Just give the club a ring.
