Ball Movement Coach??

Yes i watched last night's game and looked on in complete horror of the complete lack of effort shown by a large majority of our player. Players that can hold their head up high and have the right to comment on that disgrace of a performance were Watts, Trengove, Bartram, Garland, Jones(who rightfully told it as it was and alwyas does. respect), Jamar and Jack Grimes(lucky we have him cos he marks everything that goes in there just about, but kills us with his rebounding kicks). Now earlier in the week on the MFC website i watched an interview with ball movement coach Mark williams, a very good listen for those who watch it especially the last minute. He talks about putting in structures and strategies to move the ball, not apparent last night and how important zoning is, which isn't apparent. Now yes last night's capitulation was down to a lack of effort and poor coaching but our ball movement this year has been shite, worst in the comp almost. From kick outs we are slow, predictable and always kick it to the ruckmen near the defensive 50 on the flanks. why is it that our men can't make space and have a QUICK kickout for once. We had little to no movement of the ball through the ground whether it be through the wings or the corridor. Now my real point is, is Mark Williams one of the main problems at MFC along with the coaching of Bailey? As a ball movement coach i don't see why he earns a salary cos i reckon anyone on the forums here could construct some sort of plan to move the ball around the ground with ease. It really angers me when i go week in week out and i pay money for my membership to watch horrible footy.
