Check what's happening at www.nswdemons.com

Watch the Dees with other MFC supporters each weekend on the Big Screen at the Camelia Grove Hotel, 146 Henderson Rd, Alexandria. Ph: 02 9516 5611

Join us this week to watch Melbourne v Adelaide ย on Sunday at 1.00pm.

ย

Wish i had have known that last week when i was up in Sydney.

I watched it at the Eskinville Hotel, and had to fight off the restless natives who wanted the Super 14's on the only big screen with volume which we had claimed earlier.

I now know for future reference though, so thanks.

Out of interest though, does the Hotel show all AFL games regulary, because i have agood mate who lives nearbey in Waterloo whose likes to watch his Pies(and other games) play?

The pub is now the venue for a few AFL supporter groups including Melbourne, Collingwood and Richmond. They have enough screens to show all games even when they are on at the same time. Your mate will be welcome to watch games with the other Magpie supporters.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
