    Sensational idea.

    In theory we could have got Lewis Jetta or Michael Barlow - almost try before you buy.

    Alternatively, we might have got something for Russel Robertson ie Carlton looking for a forward.

    Also suggest this would be an optimum time for club to trade players for future draft picks. ie Player x Ie Robertson for team Y's third round draft pick.

    Gives the opportunity for the top sides to top up their lists ... while the bottom clubs can start re-building mid-way thru the season.
