I dont think Richmonds list is as bad as people think. They have to get rid of a number of older and NQR players and that process will be finished by next year but they have reasonable core of players to deal with. Despite their rotten culture, they still have a huge suporter base.

I disagree, they are a very young list and needed to keep some of the older talent to stay credible... or should I say 'competitive'. Getting rid of Nathan Brown, Mark Coughlan and Shane Tuck is ridiculous, they are easily among the top 10 on their list. It will come back to bite them on the arse just like de-listing Dave Rodan did. There are going to be some ugly days ahead for the Tigers, there is no way I can see them avoiding the wooden spoon next year.
