A huge priority must be to keep and draft those players whose bodies can handle the rigours of AFL footy. An attack on a premiership can only be made if you have a predominantly healthy list.

Taking luck out of the equation, how will the club engineer a strongier healthier list so that when our window opens we will be fit enough collectively to make a play?

Some hard (not stupid) decisions need to be made as for a few years now our record in this department is horrendous. It may be that the club is more likely to overlook a young player with injury issues with an upside. We may also be less patient with those who continue to struggle to get on the park.
