A PARTIAL victory in the Victorian Supreme Court on Thursday has given the AFL the right to see the agreement between the operators of Docklands stadium and its new naming rights sponsor, Etihad.

The League has also won the right to view a number of agreements between the stadium operators and beverage suppliers.

The AFL sought access to documents as part of legal action against Stadium Operations Limited (SOL) over alleged breaches of the user agreement the parties signed in 1997, three years before the stadium opened.
