If i remember rightly.. Jimmy had a list of things he wanted to do before the start of the season.

The one thing that remains is making casey our summer training base and having an alignment with them for a long period of time official.

While I haven't heard the official signing of the 30 year deal yet, i'm sure this will happen because otherwise JS wouldn't be saying things like this:
