Captain’s run this morning. I’m going pretty much just to congratulate Melks. LOL, like I wouldn’t be going there otherwise. l’ll take vids and pics so y’all can see the happi-haps and I don’t have to concentrate, which is best for all involved since I have the attention span of a moth. 😁

Captain’s run - or as I like to call it - sch!ttts n giggles - is at Gosch’s this morning. Well, I hope it is since I’m almost there. If there’s nobody else from DL here and therefore no training report, ima just take a lot of pics and vids so as I don’t have to stress about who’s here and who’s in rehab etc. I trust that’ll suffice 😃
