After every game, the media conference kicks off and we always have a player there Looking shattered. Its not a good look and acheives nothing. Its like making them stand up in school classroom in the corner. I think Neeld needs to do it alone or put an assitant coach under the spot light also. But i think just leave the players out. I dont watch other teams, but does anyone else do it ? Ok if we win, but losing no.
