  1. It's about time someone thought of the poor old Funeral Director and the industries that are supported by them. With every near-do-well and wowzer  on health kicks and cleanses these days, the funeral industry suffers and the effects are real and flow through the industry like a ripple effect. I say congratulations to Jesse and his support to the struggling funeral industry. Good work young man.

  2. D. Cuthbertson- Epping best export and a stellar start to his football life with the Dee's! he help us bury the Shin boners too!

    P. Prymke  - Champ of a defender marred by injury

    S. Odwyer- I loved the big Gingers aggression and the frees he made the opposition player earn.

    D. Kowal- Best plodder I've seen! We lost strawb for this dude....

    P. Hopgood- I like Paul for having a David Boon like physique, but none of his sporting prowess.

    C. Lamb- This guy could play, but his high flying spoil he put on in defence that had him land on his head stuffed him.

    C. Nettlebeck - This poor sod should have been a cook with the amount wooden spoons he collected!

    J. Shannahan- This was the steal of the century! The Aint's are still reeling over this one. The best player to pull on the number 1 Dees jumper

    S. Chisholm- I a few bleak years this man was a bright light for the Demons. He brought home countless Grand Final Sprint victories for the Dees fans to savour

    C. Smoker- I just like his name!!! So did big Rex Hunt.

  3. There are better options that our 'surplus' mids could attract... Like Ebola, typhoid or a left over parma from Parma Night at the Myrninong Pub.

Majak would be a poor fit for our club, I would look else where because our depth in the middle will be seen like GWS soon. Too much top end talent will squeeze out fringe players that will leave to get game time elsewhere(Like how we got Tyson). Daw is in the Not Quite Right Bin for me. Pass.

  4. Barassi is as red and blue as they come. Yes he did go to Carlton, but there were other forces at work with that too. Every time I have met him, he has been very giving with his time and only spoke with pride about Melbourne(during Neeld's time he did mention that the Dee's could be better). But yes he is an Australian icon and I am proud that he pulled the jumper for the Dees for a period of time! (He helped get us a few flags too, so we can cut him some slack!)

  5. He went well, and handled Slobbo's questioning like a public toilet door [censored].

Slobbo "So Maxxy, What would you do if you didn't play AFL??"

    Gawn "Well i ..."

Slobbo interrupts "I bet you go to South East Asia, yeah that's what you would do, that's what I'd do."

Gawn "I would be a pizza delivery driver, I worked at Dominos"

    Slobbo "Were you fat"

Gawn "Yeah, I ate a whole pizza a shift."

Robbo is an utter mong of a host.. he had every option to discuss topics that could let people who are not Dees supporters, know more about him.

But Slobbo wanted to talk about South East Asia and being Fat...

And that is the type of person who I picture this dullard to be. A drunk fat guy in a Lady Boy Club, oiling himself up for his next adventure.

    Well done Max.

  6. This is unacceptable and Paul Roo's needs to hand over the reigns NOW! How dare he ruin our records that we hold dear.... winning two on the trot is just not on.

I feel strange and don't know how to handle this situation... My dog is behaving oddly and is waiting for my normal end of weekend tourettes. Jeezus!

And Jack Viney get 3 votes for beaning Rance!

    Go Dees!

Hnmm well, if he gets back I will take my hat of to him, but If IF pace is an issue then this might be the limiting factor!

Take a look at the player(Trengrove) when your hard on for the guys in the team die down. ie when they have a poor game. I'm sure when  "H" has a poor game or Salem, which they will, you will be screaming for Jack's inclusion if he keep performing like this. I like your passion for the team, but it appears to be binary, all or nothing. Jack is a quality player and a proven at the top level. To talk on his speed at this point in just a few games back into his footy moot. Let Jack build back into AFL with efforts like tonight.

Good on him!! I look forward to seeing more!!

  8. 6 - Viney Great 50th Game

5 - Watts  Good effort especially contested

4 - T McDonald Good game under a lot of pressure.

3 - Gawn Midfield got our mid first touch most of the time

2 - Oliver Great Debut! The good to see the number 13 doing exciting things again.

1- Hogan Needed to Stand up, and did in the last, 3 vital goals.

  9. "He has such ELITE (insert generic footy carp her)"

    Every thing now-a-days is ELITE!!!

Why can't some things be average?

David King is the biggest plonker who bashes the sh!t out of the word... In fact most of the fox goobers have a penchant for all things ELITE at the moment.

A Watts-lead come from behind victory against a good team. Not too shabby!

Like: Viney, Watts, Oliver, TMac. The belief.

    Dislike: Tyson's, Frost's, OMac and Bugg's kicking.

Bit harsh on Frost. He was great in his pressure and efforts. And his tackle that should have had the GWS player holding the ball was a ripper. The umpires were utter Sh!te.
