I actually think Toump has been a little bit stiff this year, both times he has been dropped he has played a pretty good game with over 15 touches and used the ball well Salem got so many opportunities where he had 5-8 touches Roosy must see some holes in Toumps game, I reckon his tackling had improved, he just needed to get amoungst the contested football a little bit more

The players will go before the game plan does, that needs to remain constant because the side will improve their scoring as they understand the game plan more and more, but it has done exactly what it was intended to do and that's dramatically reduce the scored against stat, when Hogan comes In and the midfield naturally progresses and the team gains more and more of an understanding of the plan it will become autonomous and we will see significant improvement in all area's of our game. expect a big clean out and an aggressive and clearly focused recruiting plan for the offseason and a much improved side again in 2015

Hiring Neeld and a string of decisions that have followed have imo been equally as damaging

I agree WYL, I think there are a handful who can go on to become good players but the majority of the list from the previous few years has to be turned over, the sooner the next Gen Viney, Tyson and Hogan reach 100 games the better.

Any idea where he is headed and if the deal is enough to get us a good compo pick?

Not 100% sure but Pederson might have a pretty nasty broken nose, not sure how long he will miss if at all.

It shouldn't matter who the player is, whether they are supposedly not popular or not, when that happens the team should have gotten right up Merrett regardless of the player. Imagine if that was JKH or Salem that got hit and the boys didn't do anything

I'd be absolutely shocked if Trengove is offered up for Trade, Not so much with Jack Watts

If you look at the season as a whole the improvement is obvious, but some of the lapses are amazing still, the skills are well below average on the best of days and the inability to score multiple goals at a time, or score altogether is hurting us Hogan will help the scoring side of things needs to be some seriously brave trading decisions made at the end of the year 2015 needs to feel like a whole new team
