its reassuring to confirm that hes human
-
-
My guess is that it will be personal
-
And if its not AFL then did they take his computers?
-
the last sentence confirms Bomber is an analytical genius and as about as stable as the Trumpet
-
Are we not fortunate that we need no recourse to all that research and detail from Wikopedia because we have Land,Ology and Twitter to engage and inform us
And that free world is being managed by a "very stable genius"

Anyone privy to the reason for the apparent crash of Demonolgy?
Surely its more than the complete failure of the Turnbull high speed broadband that Daisy Cutter assured me was hunk dory back in 2012.
-
Whately needs a buffoon to deal with the Bogans.
Slobbo will be too busy with spell check for his gossip reporting for the Hun,to say nothing of sleeping off hangovers from the night before.
Ox comes to mind ..lovable bufffoon who probably knows more than he lets on

Ease up. Dr Turf has been a clever, successful and funny bastard since his days on 3RRR
A lot of the topics he raised with KB were very worthy of discussion
and no i am not gambler or horse lover of any note.
The Jon Ralph hours were far worse
The Coudabeens were funny and genuinely irreverent on RRR as well....doesnt mean they are not bat sheet boring now.
If Turf can revisit the 70s/80s before he got rich and he and KB can actually let each other finish a sentence ..........?
We will see.-Dont hold your breath .
He might try because surely he's a silent partner with the ogre who brought the Station and money is a motivator par excellence.

Is it too late for Ox to replace the laughing hyena OKeefe on the ABC cricket?

Either SEN is going to change sufficiently, to start appealing to more than bogans (I count myself as one, considering the amount of time is spend listening to it) , or Whateley won’t last the year
4 hours ago, Bombay Airconditioning said:I though KB went alright by himself along with his regular guests. Don’t see a need for him to be paired off.
Except the content free half hour KB did with dr.idiot which was impenetrable garbage unless you fancy horse torture and gambling.
you are correct about Whately....short term surely
-
The challenge for SEN,apart from getting a few intelligent english speakers to listen in, will be to explain to Garry that he is no longer the smartest guy on the block.
Whateley will be ok with whoever comes along given he has managed to deal with Slobbo 360 for several seasons of TV.
I reckon that the cretin Turf has some money in the game ...the afternoon will be an unlistenable few hours of content free slagging off and bickering and the end of KB

1) Viney head to head Joel Selwood
2) Vince tags Dangerfield
3) Jones head to head Ablett
4) Scott Selwood tags Oliver
My god. That would be great.
The thought of Jones agin Ablett is terrifying; both past their best but one of them is coming down from the stratosphere and the other was A- at best and only if character was counted.
Viney will probably break down by half time,or on play sore and miss the next 8 weeks. At least Selwood will be off under the blood rule though
.Vince? Really..?

I ,Simon Goodwin, will neither gamble on AFL footy or turn a blind eye to in house skullduggery ever again.
Signed Sgt " I dont have a problem" Schultz ne' Goodwin.

I recall the Cats famous leadership group had the same conversation with G.ablett jnr and it made all the difference.
They didnt wait for 150 games though, and they were a real leadership group.
Preamble to trade I reckon

Tend to agree, always seems to play better when up the ground
yes but he cant kick goals from more than 35 metres out...look at his numbers... and he's honest not breathtaking around the ground.
Anyway he and Wattsy will be at Freo so it doesnt really matter

The intent he's showed in the first two practice games is a minimum benchmark for Watts.
I think he'll have a cracker year, re-sign and ultimately be a one club player.
Hows he going to go when the opposition is really hard at it I wonder.
One handed show pony, but he looks great on footy cards and is so hot these last two (thats 2) weeks thatthey have him back on the TV news.....good old MFC management

for those interested.......(from wikipedia)....
victoria stadium was used as a "working name" during construction. when completed the first official name became docklands stadium (which i think is still the official name, with other naming-rights names such as telstradome, etihad stadium etc not really being "official" names)
I heard they are going to rename it Turnbull cable broadband stadium ie an expensive joke,

Reading demonland at 3/4Q time on Sunday, you would've thought we'd be fighting it out for the spoon...
Yep, but about now the acid is kicking in and the world has gone red and blue fairyland.
They will improve, like about 12 other sides ,and the ones mid table are the ones they have to match

I say old chap they were only 20 metres from me and it still was meaningless.I was expecting the Rolling Stones, a biiiig sound system and them opening with Jumping Jack Wattsrock bands seem out of place in day-time separated on all sides from the audience by at least a 100 metres
waste of money in this configuration
-
no, they got rid of him and he won 3 (?) More elsewherecould be a "fivepeat with pike"?
-
They signed him up for 8 lifetimes apparently ,after which he becomes a free agent Bodhisattva and can take rebirth wherever he likesthanks for the PM, AF
Pretty incredible that Jesse has decided to quit footy and move to Tibet to live in a monastery but good luck to him for the future

What did Chris Dawes say?
Bugger what he says,if he could hold a mark, THAT would help
Our supporter stereotype
in Melbourne Demons
Posted
Frid'y night on the balcony last quarter
Young blokes in suits,bit tense
Moi,fairly confident actually
And.. in the second row, aisle seat a MFC supporter who looked like a homeless dude on ice, wearing MFC Guernsey (over shirt with collar).....
every Hawk goal he wailed, jumped into the aisle and swayed holding his head then thrashing with his arms.
every Hawk free kick the same
Several of us were concerned he would fall over the balcony rail(seriously).
Then the rally came...
Every Dee goal or mark he was in the aisle fist pumping sreaming
If it was a goal he threw himself across the aisle and hugged his brother ,two seats in.
Brother clearly knew him enough not to actually sit next to him
The sealer is kicked.......blokes in suits on their feet in group hugs 3 or 4 deep.( really)
Guy goes seriously Ian Drury,,brother tries to calm him down for his own safety
and next to me the lone Hawk supporter points and says" behold, the new Demon suporter prototype".........gets up and leaves.
Well played number 9
