Gysberts IMO has massive untapped potential.

Mass exodus-Moloney, Jurrah, Green, Davey, Dunn, Gysberts and younger players Cook etc simply not achieving under Neeld. Compounding this is the lack of any attraction at Melbourne ATM. Does any of the hot talents really want to come to Melbourne or does a Carlton under Malthouse or Freo under R. LYon seem a more attractive option? A Coach with little charisma and a boring scripted game plan that is obvious to all. Say what you will as the rounds tick by in 2013 the pressure will build on Neeld. IMO Neeld is a good coach but not of the standard to lead us out of this one. Would not of been ideal but would of been better to give the job to Craig with Neeld as assistant. Obviously Lyon, Mattews, Sheedy or Malthouse is what the club needs.

You would take Grundy instead of Martin because Grundy is coached well at the Swans. If Martin lined up for the Swans he's be a star. Our coaching is poor.

i recall Dunn in one of his earliest games at the G. A long faired haired kid kicked a couple of nice goals from the around the forward flank of the G Punt road end. Everyone in the Northern members thought we had something with this kid. Since then he seemed to change his role from a designated forward to a mid tagging type player. IMO he has what it takes. Given the new game style this year must be very careful giving away these types of guys, Some need another year .

Tex is speaking from the heart fellas. From what I've heard i.e. Melbourne's slackness in the Gym this year to this ridiculous hit the boundary game style Neeld is indeed a huge worry. Jurrah leaving the club is an absolute disaster not only on field but also from a membership point of view. Jurrah's huge coupe for PA. Moloney has been F ed up by Neeld big time. From 2011 to get 19 brownlow votes to see him not be able to play his own game with freedom is an absolute shocker . Players are under the wing of no more than a suburban coach and a good one at that. Melbourne have wasted another 5 years with the Neeld appointment. Malthouse or Lyon were what we "neelded"
