My issue is with Ed and Collingwood in the last few months jumping up and down about being raided, as if it's never happened before (Malthouse). They wanted the AFL to have a new rule so poaching coaches wouldn't occur during the finals after losing Watters and Neeld. IMO if you are a successful club, it's the cost of doing business.
