    Underwhelmed.

    No experience. A good bloke who has worked with some school teams and ammos. I should have applied.

    Haven't we learned anything? We keep going for rookie coaches and staff like Mahoney etc who learn on the job. We are more desperate than that. We need someone who can tell us what the elite clubs are doing. At least Neeld and Craig can do that.

    What about Pelchen or the Geelong guy?
