  1. FC suggested a third rounder at best for Clark and Lloyd started with a fourth.

Nah. They're weird games. Both sides go all-out and they end up being really tough games. We were going great guns then we ran into the Niners at the 'stick last year and it turned into a grind-fight with the Niners just getting up. I'll take Seattle every day in Seattle as Kaepernick can't play in noise, but at Levi's...going to go Niners.

I'll join and I'll go in for next week. Seahawks, Jaguars, Saints.

Won't go 16-0...we will at least drop the game in San Francisco. If we don't...look out, there's a train a-coming.

The thing that's most interesting about last weekend (and forgive the homer sound) is that Seattle looks even further ahead of the competition...you have the Pats dropping to Miami and looking average, Denver's first half looking great but their second half terrible, San Francisco only steamrolling because the Cowboys D is awful, Saints dropping to Atlanta...the Seahawks just look so goddamn dangerous by comparison.
  6. The running runour is Bucks wants everyone to be clones of what he was on-field - soulless obsessive-compulsives who run themselves into the ground. If you aren't, you're out.
  7. Interview was earlier today, they met this afternoon.
  8. Roosy has his poker face on?

Don't think I've ever posted in here...rabid Seahawks man. Jumped on with the Beastquake. It's a refreshing change...
  10. hope they can afford the price of bananas
  11. Look what the proverbial cat dragged in!
  12. Someone please update live as [censored] happens on 360
  13. 720 people here now...fair to say this is the biggest store we've had for a while.
  14. Anyone know of a way to watch 360 over the net?
  15. To be fair his manager said either today or tomorrow and it may have depended on Mitch?
  16. Colin Young: Decided last Friday to return to football. Met with Melbourne and the AFLPA late last Friday. Possibility that Mitch could return but no certainty. Catch up with Roos this week. No certainty that he would make it. When challenged on 'is the not-at-Melbourne stuff rubbish?' Young says yes it is a possibility that Mitch Clark returns to Melbourne, and it will be sorted out after Clark speaks to Paul Roos (either today or tomorrow). [striker: Sounded like he was saying something when challenged, certainly wasn't outright about it.] On his health: Took 2-3 weeks off after retirement. Afterwards developed a timeline for a comeback with Young including a training regime. Went on to ask where the rumours came from but my connection dropped...
  17. 186 it struggled if I remember.
  18. I rate Ox higher than that.
  19. Ox is just saying, virtually word for word, what GNF posted.
  20. He's well known as a source. People were calling for him to post as soon as the stuff came out yesterday. 'Waiting on GNF'.
  21. ...[censored] I'm sorry. I won't say anything else!
  22. I feel for you, not only are you going through this, but you had to put up with the Rams last night too...
  23. Even so, you've got an entire community - which is a better part of the society you're living in - wishing you well and being out there willing to support you. The way this is happening you are throwing all of that goodwill that is generated in your favour away. It's nonsensical. It would be one of the great comeback stories if he came back and lined up in red and blue. Instead he's going to attract the level of wrath that Buddy Franklin and Tom Scully did anyway. While I do get that the change may be a part of it, to do it behind closed doors like this? If he came out openly and said 'I'm coming back but I can't come back to Melbourne because of my depression and medical advice. However, I will seek to do the best for Melbourne and try to repay them for all they've done to assist me' very few people would begrudge him. Instead he's losing the media fight by keeping everything behind closed doors, by reacting angrily on social media, by allowing the media cycle to take hold. The goodwill that everyone had for him is rapidly evaporating. It strikes me more than ever that he's just a [censored]. And depression has nothing to do with that.
