I thought it was 1866? -
Or perhaps it was a very cleverly cloaked attempt at getting in his ear... Oh fark, he's going to Geelong!

What... the... Fritzel

This is why he is regarded as a trash journalist. Jumps on well and truly after we've been showing serious signs of improvement.

Howe arguably generated more when he came into the side though there is more reason to get excited about JKH, he's got more than just a big leap. Note: Howe is developing his game well at the moment but when he came in he didn't have much else aside from his jump.

Perhaps it should read '1 - Todd Viney's sperm'.

An unfortunate incident involving a pickle and 'the place where the sun don't shine', on a footy trip a few years back.

I don't think it's a nothing stat but actually often underrated. He's been a real asset this season, young Bernard. -
Match Preview and Team Selection - Round 9

Probably Salem again. I actually think Gawn will offer more up forward than Frawley has for the last couple of weeks, plus it frees up Pedo to play up forward or down back all day. As well as that, Jamar will have more of a chop out than he would have with Pedersen as back up. -

Could be Riley debuting for the club this week? -
That is exactly the attitude that was shirked under the Bailey years and it set us back a way. If a player is playing well and in the best 22, they should be playing no matter their age. Having said that, Byrnes isn't offering as much as what I think Riley or Cliby could if they were to come in so I wouldn't be opposed to Byrnes being dropped for one of these two. Alternatively, having Salem play out the full game next weekend and playing Byrnes as sub could be better.
-
Riley and Clisby have to be the first players in contention as they've been putting their hands up for a number of weeks in a row. If Terlich doesn't pull up, it should be Clisby to come in. If Byrnes goes, Riley should (hopefully) replace him.

Not to mention he's become one of our hardest runners. His ability to break lines is so underrated and he pushes very hard both ways.

Give me an MFC player having 6 shots a game and I'll jizz in my pants.
-
Dude, are you serious? Overrated? He's one of the greatest players to run onto the field in the last few decades.
-
Dawesy could be the go.
-
Wow, I guess we're all set for the next 10 years then!
-
He's such a sniveling little weed. I don't know how he sits on a panel with some of the greatest players the game has seen and is able to spin the [censored] he does without any semblance of humility. Those guys must despise him.

Yeah, it could be rather dangerous. We don't want the ball bouncing awkwardly into a players eye. -

The players should wear black armbands on Saturday night to remember the death of the game as we know it. -

Changes for next week...
Little Richard replied to The Song Formerly Known As's topic in Melbourne Demons
Matt Jones may have been quiet by his recent standards (21 disposals, 5 marks, 3 tackles on Saturday) but dropping him would just be stupid. He has had a great year so far and is steadily improving. His dash and line breaking is something we are already lacking so to drop him would be completely unwarranted. -

I agree with this to an extent. Byrnes is not having the impact of Jamar or Cross but he is doing some things right. Although he doesn't get a lot of it he creates pressure and space very well. If someone of a similar position and capability to him was knocking down the door at Casey I'd be all for him coming in this week, however Byrnes holds his spot for now. An alternative could be having Byrnes as sub this week. God knows I'd love to see Salem play a full game.
