I watched them warm up pre-game aswell and saw them doing full pace leading and passing drills working up a sweat and then looked up the other end to us and we're wandering around having casual shots at goal like millionaires. Surprise, surprise, just how the game panned out.

The players just look like they're finally enjoying their footy to me. I'm sure they've all had a good ol' giggle about Buggs antics. As have we. More power too 'em.

Rance wanted to take a year off didn't he. Was probably sucked into staying with the promise of finals. Finals are up in smoke and he's probably pizzed he's now stuck there. I'm tipping he retires. Can't be a Jo-Ho and be running around elbowing blokes in the back of the head you see.

I was at Lavington Oval when he did it during the pre-season. Couldn't believe the stupidity of it all actually. He played in the curtain raiser (yes the seconds) came on after half time and was throwing himself around like his life depended on it. Kicked 3 goals during the 3rd qr and popped it early in the 4th. Can still feel the blood draining from my face when I realised what had happened. Pretty sure that was the second time it went.

I called it during the 1st qr last game and got howled down. We are still absolutely rubbish. If there is improvement, its only marginal.

Cause they're playing us. Our intensity is 2 step lower.

Good stuff. And may they never ever live it down.

Not specifically referring to you WB but there seems to a fair few here that have pencilled in the 1st 2 games with a W. Amazing what a win in a meaningless practice match does for the confidence of supporters.
