  1. Just for the history books, I have been a Dee's fan since as long as I can remember, as was my mother and her mother too which has now passed on to my boys. My greatest moment was when I was 12 yrs old and Neil Crompton kicked a goal to win us the 1964 Grand final. I have been forunate to see some great players over the years and even got to play basketball which Crackers during the off season even though we could not convince him it was a not contact game. I am exited about the future prospects of the club and believe that they are on the right road to have us back on top again. With the upcoming talent of our young players and the prospects of the 1 & 2 draft picks who ever they choose, I cant wait to experince that feeling again when the siren goes and we have won another flag.

  2. Hi, I thought this would be good for everyone on the forum to tell us a bit about themselves, whether your a new poster, or an 'old' one.

    As for me.

I'm 18, doing VCE exams at the moment. Begun volunteering at the MFC late last year with the Demonology/Demonland volunteer group, and from there I begun doing some full days at the club, including the chance to go on the Footy Show Membership Drive on the clubs table.

My most memorable MFC moment was round 2, 2004, when I went into the rooms, met some players, and ex-players as it was the 'Unficiation March'. Ron Barrassi told me to 'get some porridge' into me. I then donned the playing gear, ran through the banner, and tossed the coin.

    Amazing experience.

    Ok, over to you.
