  1. Indecently exposing yourself is a crime. So IF he did do it, he is a criminal. Not a bad person? You'd be happy for someone to treat your mother or sister the way this ape treats women? Didn't think so.
  2. B:: C. Johnson - D. Fletcher - M. Scarlett HB: L. Hodge - J. Leppitsch - A. McLeod C:: G. Ablett - M. Voss - C. Judd HF: J. Akermanis - J. Brown - J. Hird F:: L. Franklin - M. Lloyd - Ph. Matera R:: D. Cox - A. Goodes - N. Buckley Bench: M. Pavlich, S. Black, P. Chapman, M. Richardson
  3. He did play all games. But he was still dropped. Never said he was going, what Damien Barratt said makes sense though. Even more so when Jonsey played all 22 games games and couldn't get within a sniff of the b&f top 10. Yet other mids like Moloney, Sylvia and Junior all got in and they all missed chunks of the season. Insight into how the coaches rate him perhaps? I'd be looking to trade him. Wouldn't be unhappy if he stayed I will add.
  4. Jones was dropped, and if GC did get in his ear he'd have some thinking to do. Guaranteed a midfield gig, surf and warm weather. Makes sense to me.
  5. He was rubbish without it. No brainer. Dead ringer for him on that slow-mo (stop! pun time) Carlton ad.
  6. Sorry mate, I don't have it, haven't got foxtel either I'm afraid.
  7. ^well you'd still be wrong. But anyway, one thing I hate is when good forwards get turned into midfielders. But having made Jurrah highlights videos from all his games last year, and of course watching him closely this year, if he had the engine I've no doubt he'd be a gun in the middle. The few times he's ventured into the middle, he's produced some gold. A couple of brilliant hitout reads, clearance, and beautiful delivery on his left to the forward line last year. He knows where the ball is going and the best position to put himself and use his pace. Shown some creative hands in the middle this year that lead to shots on goal. I wouldn't want to see him moved in the next couple of years, but as the forward line develops and so does his fitness, I'd like to see him tear up the wings doing as he pleases.
  8. Sylvia is in his prime, and could be All Australian Ruckman next year, so yes trading Jamar is a great idea. Use the first round pick we get for Jamar to draft a forward to replace Jurrah, who is almost at his peak and it's time to move him on.
  9. Luke Ball couldn't get a game with them, Junior's disposal is just as iffy, plus playing on Etirock every week would take it's toll. Maybe Sydney could use him to replace Kirky? I wish him all the best whatever happens.
  10. If Harry Omg gets a gig before Chip, well... I don't know what, perhaps I'll post some strongly worded rantings upon message boards... but anyway, I rate Harry O as a footballer, but Chip has been so much better it's not funny. They both rebound, only one of them can stop anyone.
  11. The way this thread question was posed, there was only ever one right answer.
  12. Exactly, the only reason I enjoy our players getting a nom is that we get an extra interview or insight into that player, and a bit of video on the award night coverage. But in the end it means nothing. We have all seen how good he is in close, how well he tackles and how much his kicking has improved. He's a gem, and will be for some time. Just a massive bonus to have him in there amongst Scully, Trengove and Jizz. I'm happy with that. Is there a formula for selecting a rising star nom each week? Or do they just make it up as they go along, like the tribunal, rules of the game etc...
  13. So what's the deal with Robert Walls announcing Mark of the Week every Monday on One Week at a Time? Gave it to Jurrah last week? Is it unofficial and has nothing to do with the actual MOTY?
  14. Wasn't Neale overlooked for Knights the first time?
  15. I hope he goes out like A Lynch, swingin'. King hits Boomer Harvey and gets 2 years in the clink. Whilst in the clink, I hope...
  16. Jack Riewoldt and Luke McPharlin have taken some good'uns. Not as good as Jurrah and Goddard's though. It's stupid that one of Liam or Goddard's will be eliminated this week. Like when Yze's ripper goal from the pocket was eliminated against Essendon fans voting for a Fletcher bomb at the Telstra Dome.
  17. Another example of stats that are rubbish. I love the Big Rush as much as anyone, but I'll take my brilliant memory over some stats that only record goals and behinds. Early on his kicking at goal was embarrassing. He often didn't make the distance, put it OOTF or across the face. Also those that went through were often shockers off the boot. His run/walk up was a more exaggerated hunch than it is now and it looked ridiculous - like he was mowing the lawn with a miniature lawnmower. He was a terrible shot at goal. Like everything else, he's improved it greatly.
  18. Just bad memories of playing these pricks... However I said then and I'll say now. Round 1 wasn't THAT bad. We started badly and got blown away. Second half we held our own. We lost it before the game started. We're a harder, more confident team now. Time for some payback.
