It's been a 100 hour process. I'm sick of all the whinging. Whoever is chosen, MUST get our full support. If members walk away because we didn't pick up Sheedy, then please do us all a favor and don't come back. FFS, if Bailey impressed more than Sheedy, why not stop and ask why Sheedy didn't get the job before having a crack at Bailey. I want the best available coach, not an icon. I guess all you 'Sheedy must coach' people all wear Brand name clothes and never try new local designers. Makes me sick how negative people can be around here.

a 3 year contract with the Demons, means CAC has some contractual obligations to the Club. I wouldn't get too worked up about it. I believe CAC is keen to see the club move into it's new home, as well as watch some of the younger players develop. I think CAC will see the new era at the club as one worth hanging around in.

I think both coaches should spend a year away from the game before returning to coach again. I think that mentally and physically, they would both struggle with new clubs.

I'm a fan of this bloke's attitude. I'm keen on a new energy to embrace the club, and a bloke like Voss could very well be the catalyst.

What bothers me the most, is the clear lack of readiness the list was at, at the start of the year. The skill level has been below par and only now, 7 weeks in, it's starting to resemble my start of year expectation. I've been very impressed with the Roos, and it shows that if your foot skills are sharp, and your players understand the game plan, even with injuries or key forwards missing, you can be competitive and win. Rather than taking on the challenge and stepping up, too many of our list bowed their head under the 'injury cloud' and didn't play their part of professional footy.

Are Gary and Voss on good terms? They'd be a good combo me thinks.
