I agree re disposal, but I prefer him to Dangerfield as; - Younger - Not as much body issues - Was a Dees supporter as a kid (not 100% on that) - Just feel Roos might be able to polish up that disposal Him and Viney tearing around - that I'd pay to see.

Guide to writing like WYL... Start off with one, two maximum, negative sentences with statements using hyperboles. "Vlad was a very poor Leader of a very big and popular organization...Those who thought he was wonderful may now realize otherwise." (who has thought he was wonderful??) <Insert obvious statements> We have picks 2-3 this year...They just have to be used correctly...We must draft in 2 or 3 absolute guns... We simply must get out of the bottom 4 clubs...Frawley was a bargain for Whorethorn, so was Lake." (nar I think we are going to try and use pick 2 and 3 on Tambling) <Insert personal opinion which doesn't really add value> "i never rated Chip as highly as others on here" (cool story Hansel) Abruptly, and without segue, go straight into Cam Schwab, previous admin or 186 - sometimes all if it's a bad day. "This situation is the fault of the previous CEO and his template the club worked from" (I also heard Schwab is responsible for taxes, Myki and WWII) Add another dig/irrelevant statement "CS was just so far off the mark it is laughable." (off the mark on what exactly about free agency WYL?) Conclude with a completely off topic, obvious statement which doesn't add any value. "The MFC can climb but if we keep blowing draft chances it will not happen...All of our high draft picks up to 2012 have been average at best and mostly VFL standard, which is appalling. They all have a year to prove themselves in my opinion." (I thought Tambling was supposed to save us?)

RIP Robbie Flower - Sad Passing of a True Champion

So sad. He was before my time, but this has always been my favourite of him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlZO6Fccr9Q -
aaaaand the AFL's response
-
I didn't see you complaining before this week. I legitimately hope that he stays with the club after your asinine comment.
-
If he stays with the club, fantastic. If he chooses another Victorian club I'd be extremely disappointed. I wrote him off once thinking the club would never sign him, so until I hear it from the horse's mouth I'm going to wait and hope its the former. Hogan, Clark, Dawes, Howe, JKH...
-
Me thinks its the latter

I haven't seen much over the last 6 years to warrant Watts being currently traded for a first or second round pick. Third if you're lucky and there would only be a couple of clubs who would contemplate that. Put it this way, last year if you were a club who would you have chosen: Watts or Vince?

Karmas a...

Maybe keep his feet or stick a tackle. He cost us two goals in the first term not doing both. Out of curiosity, were you at the game? The biggest issue with Watts isn't what he does with the ball, but what he does in the background and when he doesn't have it.

I'll be there... mainly at the bar

How many expansion clubs did Carlton have to deal with when they were rebuilding?
-
The lack of fight has been there for a while (wasn't there an incident last round where someone was decked after the whistle on the boundary?). The only players I've seen in the past two years to stand up consistently have been Davey, Dawes and Viney.

Dees by 5 goals -
They've actually finished higher than us on the ladder for 7 of those 8 seasons.

Match Preview and Team Selection - Round 19

Considering its on a Sunday and the attendance I'd say the former but at Etihad anything is possible... like the last time we had a home game there and it started raining when they left the roof open. Supposed to close if there is a 30% chance of rain -
There were three things that I wanted this season... 1) good trades/list management (A+) 2) development (B) 3) 6 to 8 wins (F) Its not too late to satisfy that last point. I'd be guttered if we finished last, but I'm very happy with the trades and development so far. If Roos can back that up again, then I don't mind if we finish with the spoon or less than 6 wins...
-
Probably not as coach past three years but maybe something like developing/academy work like he was previously doing at Sydney which I really like the thought of.
-
Haha I couldn't agree anymore! 10 straight points... 10! Watching Daniher kill it at Essendon made it even worse... would have loved to see Hogan in that game

Riley has been subbed...?!?
-
If you watch the replay, just after the Jones hit, Gray throws the ball up to Stewart.
-
Tackles at half time: Lobbe - 8 Riley - 7 Cornes - 6 Wines - 5 Gray - 4 Has more than Vince, Tapscott, Pedersen, McDonald, Jamar, Grimes, Dunn, McKenzie, Howe, Frawley, Watts, and JHK combined
