  1. Disappointed to say this but Mrs. Redleg had a cheese, pineapple and banana toasted sandwich today and it looked and tasted like crap.Craig Cameron understandably was not at MM today and I would imagine is trying to keep a low profile. He left the Tigers as they were becoming successful and joined BC3 just before they unravelled. I actually feel sorry for him he is a nice guy.
  2. Then they like hanging around with a pack of dogs.
  3. That list is just unbelievable and way out of whack with normal society. I can't understand why the Bomber players aren't absolutely furious with their club.
  4. There is nothing wrong with preformance enhancing. Lovemaking is a happiness maker.
  5. Good.I was in the restaurant where the concrete block fell through the roof from 70 stories up. Our family arrived 1 hour after it happened and we were told we would have been sitting in that area. It apparently was caused by a lightning strike on the building above the restaurant. I shudder to think what could have happened if we were there an hour earlier. The only footy related info is that I saw Cameron Hunter again in our building and Michael Christian at the horse sales. A horse we had passed in at an earlier MM sale that we now race, called Smart Al races in race 1 at Mornington on Friday. It should run well.
  6. I can imagine you getting arrested for having a banana smoothie with a few Demonlanders.Talk about performance enhancing drinks.
  7. Forget infraction notices, this if true is very concerning.
  8. Thanks Bob, Big Red , Trenners and others for their training reports. Blease was on a modified program before Xmas and maybe he has been told to work up slowly. I really hope this is the case. If his fitness level doesn't improve this year I agree with others that despite his moments of brilliance he may find himself traded or even worse delisted. It is a good time of year as we haven't lost a game and everyone is enthusiastic. For every player we feel is burning up the training track every other club has someone doing the same. We will improve but that improvement needs to be able to eat into the gap between us and the other clubs. Most clubs improve in some way or other each year with of course a couple falling away and having bad years. Last year the Saints probably were the most dramatic in their decline. The one thing that stood out to me in the session i attended before Xmas was the intensity and enthusiasm of the players. If that translates to confidence and winning games we will have a more enjoyable season. From what I hear anecdotally, Roos really has the players onside and that will be a huge diifference from his predecessor.
  9. On the GC for a couple,of weeks as is Andy who is Demonland. Ran into former Demon Cameron Hunter who is up here with his family. Naturally I will be attending the MM sales and might pick up some news on Vlahos.
  10. Another unauthorised photo of me taken of me on holidays.
  11. There is a video on the Age website about a married couple in their 60's who have run a marathon every day in 2013 while eating up to 30 bananas a day. That proves they are the world's super food and we have been spot on on this thread.
  12. I don't recall reading that the consent forms, contained the words "illegal substances".
  13. Since that was a year ago, it probably was.
  14. I recall Josh Hunt doing the same a year ago or maybe two years ago. At that stage of his career he had played about 180 games, including premierships and was considered a tough guy. Additionally he is built like a brick sh-thouse. It happens. We are all wanting the son of a Melbourne great to come to us and his dad did it in a final and personally I don't blame him at all. He pulled out of a clash with Dipper which probably saved him going off and straight to hospital. He was embarrassed and then went on to contribute for the rest of the game. As I said it happens. We all expect our players won't ever pull out of a contest but some times it might be the smarter thing to do even though it can look bad at the time. Some people don't ever think of consequences and others do. It is human nature. As for Pedersen if he can improve and not make it a regular thing, so be it.
  15. Had some banana cake this morning being the last day of the year. My luck it was stale.
  16. In Hobart for the day. Looking for footballers and bananas. Have a happy and safe new year guys and much success for our Dees.
  17. That was my take from the session I attended last week. The players were very upbeat and seemed to be going with more intensity at more pace and for longer on each drill. There was a lot of encouragement of each other. They seemed to be cleaner with the ball and more developed as a group physically. The photo of Jimmy is a good example of time spent working out and improving your body shape. Most players seemed more ripped.
  18. I like the look of Kennedy-Harris but he is small and light and I am not sure Roos will throw him to the wolves too early. Kent is injured. Though he wouldn't be in my team, Byrnes or Evans could get the nod for FP. Barry is improving and may be a chance this year, at some stage, to debut.
  19. You caught me. If I knew there was a camera I would have flexed my muscles.
  20. Off on holidays for a couple of weeks, have a merry xmas and safe and happy new year guys. Look forward to reading about the Gat, bananas, ASADA, dees training etc.
  21. I wait with baited breath for his first post.
  22. Bit more relaxed now. Going for 5 zip.
  23. A little. Feel better if they get Stokes.
  24. 5 to get and maybe 4 depending on Broad.
