The clubs all know what is going on, most of the time, with their lists. If the Swans want to sign him for 2016 and he refuses to sign, you can figure it out. It could have been just a throw away line from Nathan that he would love his brother playing with us next year and the journo beefs it up.

Training - Friday 19th December, 2014
Redleg replied to Longsufferingnomore's topic in Melbourne Demons
The training info is great, as 99% of us can't attend. The photos add to the whole scenario being described. To those that provide the info and photos, thanks. Keep up the good work. -
Can't say I do. Was that our start year? I thought it was in the 1860's. Gee how quickly time slips by.

Just had an almond nut milk smoothie with banana ( of course ) for brekkie. Interesting taste.

Mitchell is on big money and refused a Carlton offer this year. Get the feeling he would be harder to get and Zak being a Melbourne boy, also has the compassionate argument and his contract ends next year. Swans are bringing in some real stars from their academy and they may stop Zak getting a game, along with Mitchell and others improving.

Not sure we were playing in the 1850's.

Article in the Sun today talking about Nathan and his his contract, mentioned that we will target Zac next season. If we do in fact target him we need to hope that Heeney and Mitchell get regular places in the Swans side, limiting his chances. Brandon Jack and a couple of others improving could help our chances. While he is not a star, I think it would be great to have another brother playing for us and if in fact we got him and Jake Lovett as a F/S, we could target other types next year with our drafting and trading, as we will have added plenty of mids over the last 2 years. Anyway a lot of water to go under the bridge.

Was it Copernicus or Nostradamus who played CHB for us in the 50's?
-
Great news as it is an example to others and the elimination of a distraction.

We could go gram by gram.

Lost 3kg's since the 6th Dec.

can we get back to bananas, people?

This improves my knowledge. I now know that rest is important after exercise.

No, just to open their case.

Day one of the Tribunal hearing over and as it is in secret, no news.

Froggy, my education is suffering.

The one sentence I haven't heard said in all of this time is, "we are innocent because................." Not one positive statement of proof of innocence since it began.
-
But I bet you had fun.

That was never my issue. I just couldn't believe that we were the only club being investigated.
-
I think you could put up an argument for having two predicted sides: the best on exposed form and the other adding speculated talent, as yet unproved. Therefore Petracca and Brayshaw for example, go into the second side.
-
Hard to argue against.

i can see the problem here. Everyone get onto the No T$ No B$ thread. Everyone gets on well over there.

We were investigated for tanking because at a time when AD was overseas, Brock was coerced by the On the Couch guys, including our current Coach, into raising the subject and Adrian Anderson used the opportunity of AD's absence to launch an investigation. Then with the aid of some rats when the investigation was going to shut down with no evidence, it got kick started again. The result was a farce. Bigger, stronger clubs, avoided the same scrutiny, despite admissions by staff, eg Libba and even Eddie. Adrian Anderson lost his job as a result of going against the boss.
