  1. Caro will say nothing as we know who Dusty plays for.
  2. Don't forget, damage to reputation and loss of future earning capacity, are heads of damage. If you can eliminate or reduce them, then any insurance payouts will also be less.
  3. He was 193 last year. Said so himself the other night.
  4. I will do my best.
  5. We should never neglect the education of our young.
  6. But they have shown other teams finals wins from the early 80's.
  7. Off the tablets BBO?
  8. He would refer it to Andrew Dillon.
  9. It might be hypocritical, but what I said is correct. No top up would or should, make our 22. Casey is the loser. The AFL allowed the Bombers top ups, only to fulfill broadcast obligations. They will play 2 short this year, as 12 out and maximum 10 top ups. We played short with Mitch Clark out for a year, with Petracca and Trengove out, etc. It is not a catastrophe and the AFL know it.
  10. Can't argue with that. Oh hang on, let me get the AFL to poll the clubs to see what they think.
  11. Lets be realistic here. As far as we are concerned, not having a top up only affects Casey.
  12. Don't think it is the right time to mention bananas.
  13. AFLPA have denied they will fund any appeal. Marsh said all costs were covered by Bombers.
  14. He is not a lawyer he is an Accountant. Hope he can add and subtract.
  15. Well to be honest, the only thing I can be confident of, is it's only two clubs in the mix, GC and us. We all know of his family connections to the MFC, but that of itself won't determine where he plays. If he is happy where he is and if the attractive girl I saw him with at a GC restuarant, is his girlfriend and is a Queensland girl and if he thinks the GC have a bright future, he would probably stay. If she is a Melbourne girl and he misses his family and he wants to play for the team he grew up supporting, we will probably get him. I am just interested in the pick we gave GC in our swap picks deal and if that means something. All that said, he is not as vital to us now as he might have been a couple of years ago. We have some good mids and he is another in the small variety and we may prefer the Brayshaw, Tyson, VDB variety. He will also not be cheap and suffered a serious injury. I will not lose any sleep if he re signs with GC. We may have the money earmarked for elsewhere. We have a bloke up forward most of us would like secured for the next 8-10 years if possible. That is a far higher priority than an injured, expensive, small mid.
  16. i don't think there will be any direction on the Medal from CAS. We would have heard it already if they had any say. I think the AFL will apply a higher standard of proof required, than CAS did. I know there is a finding, but it was a group finding. I think the AFL will exhaust every avenue to let Jobe keep the medal. That doesn't mean they will, but they will try.
  17. Gee, someone has a hidden camera in my house.
  18. The advantages for some clubs just never end.
  19. Could the "incredibly slow" bit, be as a result of club direction?
  20. But Casey will have lost a player. That is unfair.
  21. The only certainty is that the day before will have been the 9th.
  22. What, you haven't even seen Petracca play.
  23. Funny, but Mulder and Scully look about 13 years older.
  24. I wasn't going to say this, for fear of being labelled a whinger, but as you have I, support your comments. I note that other teams have some great finals games being shown, but not us. It can't be argued that ours were too old, as there are finals from the early 80's being shown . I would have loved to be able to record our 87 finals wins and some from the 90's and 2000's. I think we have been treated shabbily by Fox Footy, considering they have just had weeks and weeks of mainly ex Hawks and Cats commentators, getting their best games shown over and over and we can't get some of our best finals on even once.
