Last night they had Carlton vs Melb from 1998. AMAZING GAME! Dee's got up by 2 points. Doggy Brown in his 1st game for the club, long blond hair in a pony tail!!! Before the hamgstrings he really looked a player with heaps of dash. Craig Smoker plyed well. Stinga in his 1st game back for 18 months. Jeff White with no centre circle leaped all over Allan with Jimmy on the bench. TODD VINEY was a superstar, his work rate was 2nd to none! Lyon and Schwartz fwd line, very potent.

German really seemed to get the best out of a young list last year. Took them a little while to warm into the season but then had a few really close losses with depleted sides and still made finals only to run into a full strength Pies 2nds sides. So I am interested to see how they come up this year. ................ Lets hold our breath on that front.

Bit of a talent drain from the Scorps this off season it would seem. Will be interesting to see how the young side comes up again this season with a new coach.

I'll be interested to see how he goes against ruckman like Ryder, the supposed new breed of ruckman. Slightly shorter with large leap and moves around the ground like a tall midfielder.

We currently have no rookie spots to use as we rookied Meesen and Newts. If someone picks one or both of them (no chance) then spots open up otherwise the only new player we can add is McDonald in the PSD.

Correct McDonald is the only other one we'll be adding to the list. Unfortunately what we know (Meesen, Newts, other rookies) are no where near as exciting as potential draftees like Panos and family related players like Grimes but we must move on.

Didn't think we had any spots left with Meesen and Newtown put on there. Disappointing!

Agree nightmare! It is just too long between finals, trade week and draft days... get it over and done with in a smaller time frame lets move on and worry about who is "buring up the track" and "flying" this time of year. And to hear/read/see all of these mock drafts and top 25's is so over rated. BP and his staff will do there business, we'll hype them up no end over preseason and drag them down saying they are no good after 4 weeks of the season... ahhh better now haha!
