I have a premiership reunion at my local footy club that I will either attend for 10 mins or not at all to go to see the Dees on Sat. Will I regret not catching up with a great bunch of blokes who I love playing in a flag with to go to see MFC play footy?

You know what I understand the Dons fans pain, I have no empathy for them. After what our club and us has fans, supporters, members went through I am happy to see the spot light somewhere else. Once it is done and dusted then I will empathise with them.

Yea Nationals have been building for a couple of years, interesting to see how they go. What a disgrace the Marlins are, I cannot believe the state of the team/club, Loria is the worst owner in team sports.

I was going to say when you posted that question the A's are no chance. They have flown out of the blocks 6-2, playing the lowly Angels at the minute and doing it easy.

Will take your word for it RB, in saying that you got to have some smarts it don't just fall into out lap. Ps good god wasn't that the apex of rugby? Lomu was flying, the Wallabies with larkham, Els, Gregan, The 100kg plus wingers, the Fijian flyers in Super 12's, the Lions here, the World Cup here... It was brilliant and we are a long way from it now.

Memory is not great but if I recall he was hugely successful in his first stint with ARU, they had a huge amount in there coffers at one point and he was leading the way. Second stint was not as successful. Throwing out ideas. Ben Buckley turned down the Roos?

Love Ox to help where he can, was just confused by calls from the faithful for him to take over important parts of the club's business side.

But hasn't most of the paticipants left the club? Value, don't see it as a release for the public, it is an in house report.

hhmm ya maybe it can be like FBI/CIA files, they can only be released after 30 years or whatever it is. We can all look back on it then as a blip (good god I hope so!!!) in our history after winning few flags in between and have a laugh about it.

Does it need to be released now? The CEO just needs to come in and take over, "fresh eyes"/clean sweep and start all over again (with a quick skim of it, his/her eyes only). Just not sure there is any benefit in the look back for us supporters. Cam S is gone so whatever the review said relating to footy staff and back off is virtually irrelevant now.
