Another bananas round of matches. MU drawing with Newcastle, Liverpool Arsenal was crazy in the first half and at the end. Firmino 2nd goal was ridiculous.

So the way I read that is the AFL tribunal looked at each piece of evidence separately where as CAS viewed the evidence in totality to come to the conclusion of guilty.

But only one of them was believed by WADA.

Apparently... Lloydy said last night he is amazed not 1 player informed Reid. the other part of it that astounds me is the duty of care aspect from Reid. Writing a letter is enough... If I somehow (no one told me but I somehow got wind of it) knew of something illegal going on in my organisation (which then turned into a protracted and costly legal case against said company) and just wrote a letter, I'd be turfed for negligence.

Lyon said the WADA might not be best for team sports. Team sports sign up to the WADA code include: Basketball (FIBA) Soccer (FIFA) Handball Hockey Ice Hockey Rowing Rugby Sailing Volleyball etc etc etc etc all appear to be team sports let alone how many other team sports signed to the code

Do you think Hird (not Doc Reid, which I'm surprised about) and or others in positions of power at Ess at the time will get penalised further? And if yes who by? I do believe Hird should be banned for life from this.
