I'm sure I read something relatively recently (just tried to search it but couldn't find) where the Dons were pushing back heavily on that prospect as they believed the players have had ample time to take this up but had stayed at the club. Really interesting start to the season, some beltings but some bloody good games from some teams (Dogs, Swans, Eagles). Only 3 teams kicked less than 10 goals, Dons, Pies and Freo. Round 1 I know, but will be interesting to see how the reduced interchange hits a team like the Hawks and their older list. Delayed started after finals and some out but Cats ran over the top of them handily in the end.

GWS just have so much talent, I said earlier in the week they will turn the corner and be a legitimate finals team very soon. A credit to us for the win. The further into the replay I get the more it amazes me how much talent they have to play with when a bloke like Lobb can come in at over 200cms and look the goods. Delivery into fwd 50 made it very difficult but others have mentioned there looked to be very little hard leading at the ball from our fwds. Scully killed us early, his disposal is poo once he gets tired. They got over the back to score to easily, but we were far better at contested footy. Was listening to SEN, I know, and they noted that McChins was going to deny the number of players but also release a joint statement with the AFL saying neither of them really know the number as the results are kept from them as part of the code. Also this from Age article, [censored] poor response Ed. "Until the clubs have actually got some control over it there's no point talking to the clubs.
