They are aiming for 45k at Norf, seriously they are doing an amazing job pokies free. They will have debt down to around $1m if they can hit 45k. They have a relatively new Arden st, a Norf community venue and playing deep into finals. Something to aspire to.

And that is not a bad thing, they are a good side. We're learning.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong but rather than another defender we need to fix our skill level and goal kicking. As in if we had of been able to find more targets with the pill by hand and foot it is a different story, so let's find 1 or 2 more really classy ball users. If we had of been able to finish (you know who) In front of goal maybe a different outcome. Think we do need work down back but now we have some other areas to polish.

The dog are ridiculous! Just can't believe there ability to put a body on one of ours, then squeeze a ball out which just releases all the pressure. ps fark me they get a massive run with he umps!! Pps ANB has to come in, spot must be found.

Hoges get the kicking right. We have improved no question, but the Doggies are a class above at this point even with the injury list they have.

If his was the first Doggies game you saw you'd think they were total tin asses. There ability to find the tiniest bit of time and space through a cheeky handball, tap, knock on or kick is amazing. They are also ferocious at the pill.

We still don't work anywhere near hard enough coming back, the number of Dees jogging through the centre on that coast to coast goal was terrible.

Terrifying to see Garls and or Macca with the ball in defensive 50.

It's embarrassing to see AFL players try to take chest marks when they should be taking the ball arms outstretched. We do it often. Harmes was the culprit, turn over that leads to goal.

13 scoring shots to 3 Cats only up by 15 points. Cats belting them at this point but not on scoreboard. Crows last week had a heap less fwd 50 entries, early doors same thing.

Cats should be up by 4 goals already. God I hate them. Noticed Crows deliberately have ignored Dfield.

AF I'm 39 and had similar thoughts but my grandfather was a Dees man, thus my dad became a Dee, me etc. When RDB went to Carlton my grandad became a Carlton w2nka. The man must have had some pull.

We ain't the only Club with this worry. Jetts might have the toe but could be out marked. Garland and above height wise can't keep pace with him. Start Jetta and see how it pans out. The best deterrent is to stop the supply. Win the contested ball, limit our turn overs especially behind the centre, hit up fwd targets not just bomb in and we go a fair way to winning it.

ET I have seen that article but can't find the pic. And DL I came across that pic, and that is the game I recall, I think it was against the Pies at the G but that is the only pic I can find with him with a hat on. Would love to find the green cap game pic.

Team Having a chat with work colleagues and as I wear hats constantly there are a few comments re had attire. During this mornings hat hijinks I mentioned the great man Jimmy wearing a hat (for some reason I feel like he did it more than once) during a game. I looked it up and have come across a preseason game against the Bears, the hat didn't last long as Scotty Kennedy and Dion Scott ripped it up. I am hoping the fine folk of DL can help me source a pick or two of that occasion or if there were other occasions he wore a hat during a game pics of that as I can't find any online in my 5 mins of searching. That has to be an oxymoron, BF and reporting. personally don't think we will win, they play at a different level to us at present. I think it was mentioned 2 other Dees young players were at home this week, outside of the city of Melb as well.

Mate we are still trying to work out how to keep this one in one piece! Actually it is funny rnd 1 I had the little boy at the gws game and took plenty of pics of him in his Dees gear. All the boys got stuck in with 'child abuse", "DHS will be around later to take him away from you". They are not laughing now!!!

Was going to say the same. Whatever it is, it is well worth it. The guy is just such a leader, he has played 56 games?! Imagine how good he will be at 100+, frightening for opposition teams.
