So we bringing Theo Epstein onboard? He was at both ball clubs for the drought endings.

RB why are they/is this regrettable? If it is to call them out for not looking after him and they didn't then good on him. If they did everything they could to support him but it ends up getting him some further help he needs from family, friends, carers then it has been a positive. If nothing more it raises awareness for mental health and gets people talking about help and issues they may have then it may help others see the light.

Interesting case, he requested a trade when he had a new offer on the table from Swans due to struggling on a low $ contract. No one wanted him. He goes back tail between the legs but they have moved on. Must be massive shock for him. Could be a really motivated player worth little $$ and looking to prove a point but as the Viscount noted who gets the chop? Others noted in trade threads they didn't rate him, didn't see enough of him to form an opinion and he isn't the only one to struggle on a grand final day.

Was disappointed with Ox this morning, they were discussing it with Galbally and Ox asked him how often dois a relationship split cause issues to come out in court during his career. Leech pulled it up pretty quick and said this situation looks like it arose from her genuine concern for his wellbeing but it was a terrible response to an issue Whitfield, Lambert and Allen created on their own.

The AFL are an embarrassment, the old boys club protecting revenue rather than doing what's right and fair. Looking the other way rather than impartialy when needed. The AFL don't believe it should be a 4 year penalty, it would still be hidden if it was left in the AFLs hands. Saying you were hiding from drug testers to actually hide from your girlfriend... How the f do Allen and Lambert have any jobs if they used that logic. That is not too bright.
