So let me get this straight. Grundy has sucked as forward for us this year & he did nothing in the VFL last week & you want to swap him for Petty ? Smith to go forward & Tomo to go back to CHF.

I mean I’m no expert but judging Petty’s spirits after the game I highly doubt it’s a long term injury.

Me after tonight’s results ..

They went straight into 5th gear as soon as the season started & you can tell it’s taking its toll. I wouldn’t be shocked if their pressure rating has dropped dramatically from the start of the season. As annoying as it is that the Grundy experiment doesn’t look like it’s going to work out, it has actually turned out to work wonders for Max. Got to ease himself back in from the MCL injury & now he’s playing his best footy at the right time of the season.

This is why I wasn’t worried about our loss to the Giants up in Alice 5 weeks ago. All I was worried about was staying around top 4 & what our form was going to look like the last 6/7 weeks leading into the finals.
