    Viney has his legs taken from under him (no free) As he’s getting up he tackles Sam Collins low and cops one across the head (no free - but fair enough) He then pins Collins to the ground with what appears to be a forearm and elbow on the neck, however from the later angle as Collins rolls towards the camera and jumps up it shows it’s actually his chest rather than neck. Collins jumps up with no problem and Umpire McLaren who was standing watching the whole incident walks away. Worth a fine, but history says he will be penalised for wearing red’n’blue.
