I agree with all of PJ_12345's points. In terms of depth I rate our list as our best since 1964. Injuries have taken some toll, sure. But we can still put 22 talented players on the park and I see no lack of effort from them. What we most lack IMO is elite ball-use (with a few exceptions), effective pre-game preparation and, above all, effective game strategies - especially when our opponents get a run on. I think it's time our coaches and conditioning staff showed supporters some accountability for why our team is going backwards while some less-talented teams are going forward.
