  1. Thought he was good Saturday night. Clean and effective. I think if you don't notice him too much (i.e the horror kicks or the holding the balls) and he still has 20 odd touches, he has done well.
  2. Yeah true I didn't really think about that, just put 2 and 2 together. Thought Smith had an impact against Port without the disposals though. 6 tackles and is a real physical presence.
  3. Apolgies Bin, still finding my feet!
  4. Don't want to sound like a hero or anything but I know someone who works at Casey who says that they are preparing without the Weid. I guess it's possible he could be the non playing emergency? But I hope we don't risk Tom, think we can handle the Aints without him.
  5. McDonald is out ? Weideman to replace him
  6. He's the cherry on the cake. Would love to get him.
  7. So frustrating to watch. The amount of times it's just so apparent that a handball is on and he ignores it to try and find a better one and in doing so is caught holding the ball is staggering. JUST GIVE IT. He's a good player, who is clean and has good positioning around the field, but has clear limitations with the one I mentioned above, shaky kicking and severe lack of pace. He needs to play inside mid or at Casey.
  8. Eh admitted the oversight that's fine, think he's a young pup in the game and everyone makes mistakes.
  9. I truly hope that it was just an oversight, or else this jokers contact should not be renewed.
  10. It's just a BS SEN article written about the comments made. I'd assume someone else on the show said something about Oscar, and Garry defended him.
  11. I think most fans, myself at least would like to know the reason why a former number 3 pick is toiling away in the 2's. Seemed to have done the majority of the pre-season, played in AFLX and both JLT games so this talk about him not playing enough footy or having a limited pre-season is rubbish. He's fantastic in the contest, great tackler with a tidy kick on both sides that makes our team better.
  12. I hope that team sheet isn't actually how the team lines up, Frost really doesn't have the ability to play forward. He needs the game to unfold before him and we will need his athleticism to curb Ben Brown. Don't mind Kent in, by all reports he tore the VFL up on the weekend. Wish it was for Bugg however.
  13. In : Frost, Hannan Out: Bugg, Wagner Frost just has to play on Brown, Oscar on Waite and for the love of god please let Lever be free.
  14. I like Maynard in if Viney is out, replaces some of the grunt/tackling that is missing.
  15. Do you think? Always thought Hoges played best roaming up around the middle of the ground, providing a chop out target coming out of the backline. Seeing that he has one of the best tanks at the club I think it should be utlised, then working back inside 50. If only we could have two of him.
  16. Is it inappropriate to nickname him Josef after Jo Fritzl. It's too late now my brothers and I can't stop.
  17. Changes our forward line dynamic a bit with T-Mac out, and whilst not ideal, still should function well. HF Melksham Hogan Petracca FF Garlett Pedo Fritsch Hannan on bench.
  18. Good article I thought. Whether we like it or not, this story is going to be brought up in some way at the conclusion of each of our matches ; either by us after a win ("Ha! Who needed that camp") or by opposition fans after a defeat ("Maybe if they went on the camp they would have toughed out a win") - as stupid as that sounds. Gives good insight into how we clearly had a line of communication with Bellamy and the Storm, and clearly it has worked in some form for them. I don't think she's trying to destabilize our camp, nor do I think it's possible that she could. Seemed to have sat on the story for a while and with everyone predicting us to do so well this year (Kane Cornes), seemed to be relevant to her to publish it.
  19. Over the moon with the Danger news. From memory it was he and Selwood in the 3rd quarter last season that turned it on to take the game away from us (albeit with Gawn going down early). I thought we were a big chance to win already, now I think it's a game we should win.
  20. So excited if this kid gets going. Beautiful user by foot, and is able to kick accurately off one or no steps in congestion, which is a skill not possessed by many in our team. Training with the midfield group will have done him wonders, even if he does move to half back/forward the upgrade to his tank will pay dividends.
  21. Has to be Gawn. Loved by not only all of us, but most of the fans from all teams.
  22. Would love to get involved lads. Had strong 2015 and 2016 placing in the top 300, but had a shocker last season in the 10000's range.
