Dogs didn't make it to the grand final by accident. Was always going to be a battle. May not right it seems, and that in itself is enough to swing it their way. But a few unsighted: Langdon not being Langdon is surprising, but Tom Mac might as well not be out there (except he takes their second defender, which isn't saying much.)

Not sure here - they have not just the talent, but the experience.

    thought langdon was ok

Ross Lyon hasn’t rated us all year. He would hate the fact if Goody broke a massive premiership drought but he couldn’t at the Saints.

Lloyd to be fair has been on us from about rnd 18 or 19.

I was surprised Cornes tipped us considering two weeks ago on the Sunday Footy show he had picked the Dogs to win following their win over his beloved Port.

Who cares what lyons thinks his credabilty was lost when he shafted stkilda,as for Lloyd just jumps from horse to horse mid race ,no credibilty at all .The less said about Cornes the better just a hack FW

Tmac down back I reckon and Maxy up forward  more if Maysie can't come up.

    He Will though.

Tmac is a forward no longer a back no way he replaces May ,anyway May will be fine.Only change i could see would be Hunt for Hibbo for extra pace down back. But think it will no change

Some interesting number combinations to pass the time - and point to a victory possibly.

In the 1988 season - a successful Prelim Final year, Garry Lyon, number 3, turned 21. 13/9/88, which makes his birth year 1967

    so.....

G Lyon was AA 5 times

We have 5 AA's this year.

    Gawn  11, Trac  5, Oliver  13  , May  1,  Lever 8.

all of these numbers can be made up via arithetical treatment of 1967, Lyon's birth year.

    e.g. 13 = 6+7,  etc....., 11 = 9+1+(7-6)

And the arguable other AA was Salem  -  No.3 (Lyons number) as an aside.

The Gawn, Trac, Oliver, May and Lever numbers, as single integers can be manipulated to equal 36 (just trust me on that, its too lengthy to explain.

'36 is the great RDB's birth year.

Subtract RDB's birth year from G.Lyons birth year (1967-1936)

Gives you 31 (yes, its Olivers number in reverse also)

1988 to 2000 (last 2 successful PF's) is 12 years apart. 2000 to 2021 is 21 years apart if successful tonight

    12:21 - perfect symmetry.

and thus a Dees win will see order in the universe maintained.

QED as we mathematicinas say. This has gotta mean something good, surely?

    oh thanks for the headache
