can anyone tell me why they have scheduled a football free weekend for mothers day? Do i smell some sort of State of Origin for that weekend???

while i do find it strange that they have put the channels next to each game, i reckon there's a 90% chance that this will stay the way it is. As the Tv agreement is set out with 7 on friday sundays 10 on saturdays and fox doing the rest, the only thing that will change is the start times for each game to accomodate the various networks requirements. Also if they waited for till 7 weeks out, and we are having another poor year, we could have they same amount on fox if not more!

if his body was in good shape i would have a look at him, but his body just doesnt hold up, although he has a great football brain, he just cant get out on the park enough to justify drafting him. We'd at least want 16 games out of him and i doubt that would happen

While I agree that he never showed us his full potential, there were still many a time when he produced the something special that was required in some games. that adelaide final is an obvious one, when we all thought that Travis had finally "arrived" as a league footballer, unfortunately it was just another tease of what he could have been. I am sad to see him head north and hope that Craig Cameron & Co can continute there good work of the last few drafts as we look to return to finals football
