The club agreed to it and i don't understand why. If money was the driver (highly likely) then why not push for the Friday night game. We are well within our rights to make that demand. Not a good decision by the club at all

If money is the driver, why combine two big events into one game?

They would of had a large crowd for the flag unfurling and then another large crowd for a grand final rematch.

They're doing a regional tour, but the admission price is an eye-watering $149 for a single or $499 for a family to attend.  Such high prices will keep a lot of fans away, I would expect.

    Wow, a replica premiership cup!

I don't get how there would be demand for so many events all over the state.

Is the "one in all in" or "one out all out" relevant to "Guaranteed" seats?

I think it might be if you register in a group with priority 2 members.

My hawks supporting partner (with grand final ticket purchasing experience) said to be careful of registering with those not guaranteed a ticket, as you would be relying on them being successful. If you are in a group with all guaranteed tickets, you should be fine.

Received letters in the mail this morning from the club with information regarding Grand Final ticketing. It’s an AFL directive, the club is obliged to send out the info when 6 clubs remain and not a case of bathwater slurping.

Forms are enclosed about guaranteed ticketing and ballots. Anyone else receive letters?

Anyone else with a guaranteed ticket not got a letter yet? Starting to get a bit nervous.

I have this vivid memory (must be circa 95'?) of Tingay lining him up for revenge from an incident in an earlier fixture. Eyes lit up and he ran right past the ball to collect Byron in what would have been a brutal hit, but Pickett sprung up like a crazy cat at the last second and scared the bejeezus out of a charging Tingay.

Anyone recall what Tingay may have been seeking revenge for? And how they got along after in the same team?

Pretty sure Tingay would of been long gone by the time Pickett arrived.

They would of barely played against each other, if at all.

Bought a Google Chromecast and cast my phone screen to the TV and watch all games live using the app

    Petraccattack - 1

    AFL/Telstra/Foxtel - 0

What's the quality like with a chromecast? I have Android tv and can screen mirror but it is pretty bad quality and a big delay between what's on my phone and what's on the tv.
