Itās Koltās 20th birthday on Saturday (gameday) and hopefully heās named in one of the sides (VFL if not AFL) because we have some Happy Birthday Kolt posters printed, and inflated ā20ā balloons. We donāt do the birthday thing with every player but we have a couple of cheer squad gals whoāre massive Kolt fans and this is their doing š¤ If he doesnāt play on Saturday weāll keep the posters for next year and get an inflatable ā1ā to replace the ā0ā

Enjoy the game, and please wear your lucky socks.

For the information of everyone it is the AFL who decided that teams are announced on Sunday for Monday games. The same happened on Easter Monday when the Hawthorn and Geelong teams were announced on Sunday. If I remember correctly the same happened last year when the teams were announced on Sunday.

Some highlights include
David Schwarz kicking three brilliant goals in a quarter against the Swans
Max Gawn's Prelim masterclass
Weird Al Jakovich giving his brother a big smooch on the cheek
Adem Yze defying all mathematical logic against Freo in 2007
TWO Jack Watts matchwinners
"THE WIZARD IS IN TOWN!!!"
TMac's Perth Matchwinner!
As I look at my excel spreadsheet featuring over 550+ goals from over 150+ different players, trust me when I say there is still A LOT of incredible goals still yet to featured, so stay tuned for more over the next month or two!
There are two more instalments to come which will be followed by a 'complete edit' featuring all 550+ goals (plus some new ones that I've found š).
Happy viewing!
Well done on producing such great videos.

We certainly do not have the luxury or have earned the wins in the bank to start resting players. If necessary, they could have rested him for a probable road trip loss to Brisbane and have him fit and fresh for a winnable game against Sydney the following week.
Jake Melksham was managed against due to hamstring tightness during the week. Better to miss 1 week instead of 4 weeks. Jake Lever should play 2 and half quarters at Casey this week. This information was mentioned at 30 years membership function before the game against Hawthorn.

Some highlights include
Aaron Davey's mid-air soccer goal
Dean Kent's remarkable running goal to pinch the lead against the Bombers
Cam Pedersen's boundary line brilliance against the Blues
Jeff Farmer doing Jeff Farmer things
Kozzy Pickett's running goal in Hobart against the Roos
Mitch Hannan's Elimination Final heroics (no titanic music, sorry!)
Enjoy!
Thank you for the great job doing this. I have watched the first two, and enjoyed them. Looking forward to watching the new one.

But more importantlyā¦
HOW BLOODY GOOD WAS THAT WIN !!!
All the emotions running amok but the main one was RELIEF. So, so proud of our boys.
PS: ātwas my lucky Melbourne socks that did it.
YOUāRE ALL WELCOME!
Needless to say Iāll be wearing them every week.
Again, youāre all welcome š

The situation is getting way out of hand. Sporadic reports, late reports, almost no reports, not to mention the state of some of the reports when they finally arrive. Itās 2.47, any report this late had better be very good. Iām sick of needing to point out the basics.
You need to remember that people do reports on training voluntarily, and if you want quicker and better, then I suggest you do them.

Iāve been reliably informed that the Captainās Run prior to the practice match will be at GOSCHāS this Friday, February 21st at 10am.Ā
Now confirmed:Ā This isnāt an open session though. Of course spectatorsĀ can still attend, the difference being the players arenāt officially available for pics and signatures after training, although they obligeĀ the fans anyways.
Also: the practice match will start an hour earlier on Saturday due to the extreme heat. Start time is now 10am
Thank you Ghostwriter for your great information, and training reports.Ā

I have been reading these posts for the last 6 months occasionally - and then frequently - and I have finally decided to join in. I've been a Demons supporter from 2016. I'm originally from NSW and have lived here for 15 years and started to get into footy down here. I fell hard!!! I've found this forum a real pick me up as I've been away from home for the last 6 months. Looking at it from the outside, I've always found GW to be the glue keeping everyone together. I'm glad she's back and I look forward to more of her reports as I love them. I also love everyone's passion on here. Pleased to meet you all!Ā
Welcome aboard, and I hope that you make many great posts.Ā

I attended some of the training session this morning. Looked like they were practising some drills about near the end of games. Trac looks very good, and not far away from joining main training. Spargo is getting closer to doing more training. Judd McVee was helped off the ground with a leg injury. Hopefully scans find no serious damage.Ā

I attended some of the training session this morning. During match sim, I was very impressed by Fritsch, Windsor, Langford, and Billings. Trac still training on sidelines, but looks close to returning to main training. Meltsham was running laps in rehab due to hamstring injury. Spare and McAdam running laps.

I attended some of the training session this morning. I as very impressed with some of Bill Laurie's efforts. Jvr was marking everything including a great mark over Tmac. Trac is looking in good condition, and ready to go. Clayton Oliver looks very fit, and is in everything. Jack Billings looks very fit, and very keen to have a big season.Ā
