Obviously needs a thorough medical and will need to have his defensive game coached up but profiles as a modern midfielder who excels in transition.
i agree, i saw him as a mid-fwd, as opposed to a medium sized forward. good but good size too.

very unexcited by dovaston.. despite the need for a small, i don't think we'll select him. hopefully there's a better small in next year's draft. i'd rather get a few more mids. need foot-skills and speed and another young inside mid to grow..maybe a KPF/B if one is there at our pick and JT likes what he sees.

might we be about to be the biggest possible baddie and nick one of the suns' prized recruits/bid for them at 7 & 8 (if that's what we get for CP?).. I would love to become the villain at trade time instead of the 'easy beat'.
like 75% of the supporters on here and social media, i'm [censored] off that we are looking like bending over this trade period (even more than normal). SURELY, they have something planned.. SURELY. surely?.. we must be one of the most undesirable clubs going. the only positives i can see are, we play the MCG for home games and that we have Gawn and Kozzy and maybe a few POTENTIAL young stars coming up.
i had been quite positive about King's appointment, but geez.. not sure to make of things if the cards fall like we are all expecting :-/ -

i reckon we give him one more year. seems like a good young fella and has shown propensity to kick big goals and get his hands dirty. maybe having King come in will inspire him to step up his game after a quiet/disappointing 2025?

• "I feel like at Melbourne I played the small forward role and it gave me good building blocks but it was a rigid role, without freedom. I spoke to North about playing a role with a bit more freedom. I play my best when playing on instinct." - Charlie Spargo
If King can let the boys play on natural instinct a little more, we will be infinitely better to watch - sure, we might get a few heavy touch ups but we lose a lot anyway
changing out style might even revitalise our wanna-way star petracca..?

I was walking out of the Newmarket plaza having just made this week’s banner and a tall guy wearing a Melbourne cap walked past and said “Go Dees!” It was Majak. He took his cap off and put it on my head and told me to keep it. He said “Look, it’s got my number 28 on the back. I really want you to have it because you clearly love the Demons as much as I do.”
He’s in a really good place currently. His adoring sister (who was with him) is his biggest fan and as he said, his rock.
This is going straight to the poolroom. Well it would if I had a poolroom. The display cabinet in my lounge room will have to do.
SOOOO COOOOOOOL. WHAT A LEGEND

a dons fan you say?.. well that's certainly a mark in the 'cons' column.
