And the winner is ... over to you Joeboy (you're the judge)
I'd have to say that Grimes 16 is this week's winner for his ( not unlikely ) prediction that Brown and Fevola would both be shut down .
-
6 - Sylvia - in sensational form
5 - McKenzie - must be nominated this week
4 - Frawley - an almost perfect defender's game , as usual
3 - Bartram - plays with vigour and courage
2 - Scully - would have voted higher but for some poor disposal
1 - Bruce - wiped Power , and mopped up almost everything that came near
-
Bail - fearless attacking game
Bartram- continued outstanding season
Bennell - was rarely sighted
Bruce - was great again
Davey - some important possessions
Dunn - loved his endeavour
Frawley - nothing to dislike
Garland - made few errors
Green - important when needed
Jamar - made an impression
Johnson - did his share
Jones - terrific in close
Jurrah - a poor game
MacDonald - fantastic first half
McDonald - effective tagging game

Adam Goodes to be the most unattractive player to set foot on the G during the game .
-
Yeah, he did a great job in keeping Eddie Munster to just 4 goals.
classic

No clear winner again this week , so the prize jackpots again
-
Joeboy, you forgot about Sylvia. I was looking for him cause he was absolutely terrible, he had 11 turnovers, double the amount of any other player on the field and most importantly 5 in the last quarter. I am sick to death of this team not being able to win the close ones
Sylvia - just a frontrunner
-
i read this 3 word player analysis every week, and i disagree with almost every one of your comments
You sound like my wife !
-
Dunn wasn't that good.
His opponent , arguably one of the best players in the competition , had 6 kicks !
-
6 - Dunn
5 - Watts
4 - MacDonald
3 - Davey
2 - Frawley
1 - Johnson
-
Bail - good under pressure
Bartram - was rarely sighted
Bate - selfish and pedestrian
Bennell - occasional classy moves
Bruce - mistakes but passionate
Davey - erred but thrilling
Dunn - career best game
Frawley - let nothing through
Garland - had occasional lapses
Green - couldn't gain momentum
Jamar - successfully broke even
Johnson - finally earned role
Jones - tough and relentless
Jurrah - thrilling but lazy
MacDonald - one of best
Moloney - poor until injured
Morton - needs caffeine tablets
Rivers - finding feet again
Scully - impressive relentless running
Watts - will be nominated
McKenzie - blood and guts
-
Yes he did. Best game I've seen him play.
Then obviously you didn't see him play against StKilda !
-
Anything wrong with what I said?
Firstly you were disqualified for making more than 1 prediction , and secondly Watts didn't play well
-
And the winner is ...
Over to you Joeboy. You're the judge!
Firstly , anyone who offered more than 1 prediction was immediately disqualified for not adhering to the rules .
Honorable mentions must be given to ' Demon Dave ' and 'Grandson of Gun' but from my point of view there were no clear winners and the jackpot is doubled for next week's game .

Joeboy to just get half of his 3 word player analysis post correct.
-
Let's make this a weekly column whereby all are invited to make 1 (and only 1) prediction for the Demons' upcoming match, and let's see who gets closest to the pin.
I'll get things started by declaring that Jordie McKenzie will be nominated for this week's Rising Star Award.

Why is there no comment on Cheney?
There is now, thanks.

My son's football team had a guest coach tonight who was asked to name the hardest opponent he'd ever encountered on the football field . He answered , Cameron Bruce , and his name was Brad Johnson - The Bulldogs' Brad Johnson .
