Robbie is my all-time favourite player and it was great to meet him not long before his death, but it's clearly no. 31. It can't be disputed if you're remotely familiar with the club's history.
-
Well said, Ethan. Hamas financially reward the family of dead terrorists/murderers.
-
Hamas is responsible for any deaths of children. That said, knowing what those children will grow up to be it hardly makes my heart melt.
-
That's a given.
-
I hope it's full scale force. Israel will protect its borders.
-
Gazans are trying to infiltrate Israel and are instructed by Hamas to kill any Jewish man, woman or child they can find. All power to Israel for protecting its borders.
-
Hamas, the palestinians, and all other Muslim terror groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, don't want peace. They only care about the destruction of Israel and every single Jew. Every single Jew in the world. The palestinians brainwash their children into wanting to kill Jews from the time they're toddlers. It's taught in their schools. "Kill the Jews". You Leftists are mentally deranged.

I don't need a history lesson. The appeasers were on both sides of the political spectrum. Churchill was often one out. Thank God for Churchill. Iran is presently the worst of all the rogue police states. Appeasing them is a nonsense. It's great that Trump has followed through on his other election promise to move the US embassy, unlike other former American presidents, who promised the same thing yet didn't have the balls to do it once in office. The palestinians home is Jordan. The Israelis are rightly protecting their fence line against hamas - another terrorist group. It's typical of palestinians to use children in a conflict zone for sympathy. How disgraceful. All power to Israel, for protecting their property and land. And all power to Trump for rightly recognising Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Fun fact. How many times is Jerusalem mentioned in the Qur'an ? A big fat zero. How many times is Jerusalem mentioned in the Bible ? 669 times.

It needs to be stated that Lyon IS NOT questioning the decision. If you listen to the bloody audio all will be revealed.
-
You agree with Garry even though Garry doesn't think he's being rushed. Genius.

I love it when people make all encompassing statements about a person when they're not privy to any relevant knowledge. Please correct me if this statement isn't true. I'm not privy to such information either, but seeing his rehabbing videos from a torn ACL, my gut feel is you're way off the mark. Preseason training reports from my Brother also confirmed Petracca's endurance running was far better than Brayshaw's.
-
Correct. Lyon wasn't questioning the selection at all. He said if he's ready he'll be selected and if he's not he won't be. He said if he plays he's obviously ready. It's a non story.

Firstly, it's Jobe, not Tim. Secondly, players have been told for many years that they are responsible for what goes into their body. To be systematically injected weekly (off-site) when it had never happened before should have been thought provoking enough for an experienced player like Watson. He knew it was an edgy program designed to be advantageous.
-
You should never appease a rogue police state. Only the deluded and the Left think otherwise. You would have been one of the appeasers that Churchill had to fight in the 1930s. I doubt even you'd deny that. Good to see Trump delivering on yet another pre-election promise.

I've only just read this, but yours and binman's are excellent posts. It's worth noting that this new structure (Weideman and McDonald back) has allowed Gawn to kick goals in each of the last 3 games. Not only is Gawn getting important resting time, it's affording him the luxury of drifting forward and hitting the scoreboard. People can carry on about who we've beaten, but we're a very different team than the ones that ran out in the first 4 rounds. Against Hawthorn Hogan was the only tall forward they had to cover. If we played them this week they'd have to cater for Hogan, Weideman, Tom McDonald and a resting Gawn. It's easy to call out the fixture, but it's as if those same people don't realise we're a vastly different prospect to a month ago. And we're only going to get better.
-
It's in Frankston, not Frankston North. It's also at the base of beautiful Oliver's Hill, where there are many multi million dollar properties with arguably the best views in Melbourne.
-
As for who we've played ? You do realise everyone gets to play them ? There's not a superstar team in the competition. We've learnt a lot from our early defeats and are a different prospect to the team that ran out early on. Not to mention the inclusion of McDonald. We'll lose more games of football, but there's not one team I think we can't beat.
-
Those that want to replace Weideman with Pedersen are the same morons who don't rate Goodwin. The investment being made in Weideman will pay off big time. It gives Gawn a rest and Tom McDonald doesn't need to be wasted in the ruck. Weideman was quiet, but will get better and better.

Take Bugg off before he kicks another and gets a recall.

You're speaking rot. Sydney lost at home to North two weeks ago. North are battlers.
-
I was talking about the perils of a loss. If we lose we'll be 4/4, which would make finals difficult. I expect a comfortable win.
-
This is a must win game. I don't believe we play finals without beating a Gold Coast team without Tom Lynch. Nor would an aspiring finals team deserve to be finalists with a loss today. Most importantly, we'll be 4/4 with 14 rounds to go. We'd need to win a minimum of 8 matches from the 14 (preferably 9) to play finals with two games against Adelaide scheduled, a game at Kardinia Park, games against Sydney and the Giants (the latter will have plenty of players back by round 23), and a game against West Coast in Perth, but this time with Naitanui and Kennedy. There will basically be no wriggle room to make finals with a loss today. I think we'll win and win well, but a loss will most likely mean 'season over'.
-
The main thing for most players is playing with their mates as long as they're being fairly rewarded. If they think the team is about to embark on something special, which they do, they won't leave (unless special circumstances, such as go home factor or a personal issue). Brayshaw won't be going anywhere.

I like Hunt, but he's down on his 2017 output. He'll get another chance and hopefully takes it. They like Neal-Bullen's pressure and by playing the talls, even though they're not often in the F50 together, Neal-Bullen's pressure is being rewarded with selection. I get the decision even though he's butchering it.
