How so? If we beat Geelong and West Coast have lost to either Hawthorn or Adelaide, 4th spot will open up to GWS (and would likely be taken by the Dogs if GWS don't beat Norf)
dogs can't bridge the gap on % but your rite as long as GWS beat Freo this week.
APOLOGIES
go GWS
-
GWS won't have anything to play for, GWS & TIGERS losing by a kick did us no favours
-
women should go back to half wages
-
AFL is to big for State of Origin

when we win today if will officially be the end of Port Adelaide's season, 2 games & % behind us

Swans by 44 points.
If Norf win I'll eat my hat.
North are better than Swans by a fair margin, played in Sydney makes it interesting.
Norf by as far as you can kick your hat

Petracca reminds me enormously of Mark Ricciuto.
Both thick-set, both explosive, both with the capacity to do to the extraordinary.
Now to match or better Ricciuto's eight All-Australian jumpers!

I didn't say anything about Gawn being dropped or not being #1 ruck...quite the opposite!!. I said a 6 year player doesn't need 'resting' from a game, rest him up forward if necessary, and if not injured he should play.
he has a very big workload & this will be his 1st season as a regular player, if he's not injured he's cooked, looks like a cork in the ocean

Roos loves Dawes, he will play
-
Dawes or Spencer definitely.
-
lets hope its Jack Viney

That's great. So why isn't he playing?
And just in case Steve or Curry or whoever fly in from the night, I'm not defending Garland, merely arguing that Dunn in for Garland makes no difference.
maybe you are both wrong, OMac is faster & is in the squad

I'm guessing here (which, lets be honest, constitutes 99.7% of all Demonland posts) but I'd imagine that defensively if you don't follow the structure you'll be left out. Salem, who I imagine is everything Roos would like off Half Back in terms of skill, is left out yet Garland and Michie stay in. I think it's true for Dunn too. I have a suspicion he got dropped for playing too 'individually' within the zone.
I think decisions are being made about structures and game style first, so that we develop a team plan that works - and players that can fit within that.
I can't come up with another reason why Salem misses.
spot on

Plan A
Play Trengove for 6 games at end of season, hope he doesn't break down & trade him.
he's a time bomb probably won't get more than 20 more games
-
good result overall, 3 potential suspensions 1 player to miss 1 week against Brisbane at the G, Very Happy.

Wow......What a statement that is.......Much better to trade a 100 game player that is starting to become the player we wanted for a pimpley face 18 year old who will need at least 3 years. Give me a break.
He's already been on the table but no reasonable offers, MFC must see it differently to you
-
playing to safe
-
we are heading towards finals (probably next year) as good as JW has been this season deep down we all know he won't stand up in finals, due to his good form so far this season he has some trade value.
-
Gawn needs a rest & so does Hunt

-
Roos didn't get it rite early, can't give a top team a big start & expect to win, happy with the way we fought it out .
Gawn needs a rest he's cooked, no way he'll get to the bye
-
PEDERSEN WATTS GAWN
we need something, anything
-
Roos to to long to get numbers back, those 3 early goals are the difference.
