    This administration and coaching panel - or lack of it - is killing the club

    We are becoming irrelevant to our membership base. I’d argue that 75% want a new coach and a game plan we can actually watch.

    Decisions at crucial times influence matches and for whatever reason they seem to go against us more often than not by a multiple of about 10

    Didn’t we have a deliberate paid against us in the last minute. I think it was Brayshaw which was a howler that set in motion that last play.

    To be clear. We didn't lose this game, the umpires won it for Carlton. If you can't see that - you are part of the problem!

    What a crock of [censored]. A full game of errors, poor disposal and lack of effort and you choose a few decisions to define the game.

    Our gameplan is a mess. We clearly do not have the cattle to implement a risk/reward system. We do not have good users and we are not smart enough to create space.

    I remember the Dean Bailey era going to games and thinking, gee when this all clicks we look amazing. Have only seen it live in patches at the swans game. We are a complete borefest and have been for 2 years.

    I know it’s been done to death, but we need changes, major changes across the board. Culture is [censored], gameplan is [censored], no one wants to come to our club and members are not turning up.

    A new start and an exciting new gameplan can change everything

    Turner plays Levers role better than Lever.

    I’m on Juddys side, he should be a rebounding half back and not a defender. He and Bowey would compliment each other. So question is, who do we have to play the lock down small defender role? Kolt, Woey, Viney or Salo? AMW was a lock, but we won’t see him for a while.

    I see Starcevich is contemplating a move, could he be a piece of the puzzle we need.

    Juddys signature is a must!!

    He will be okay. He lacks a bit of forward craft and I think we have killed his development, but he has heart and a bit of mongrel. Need to find him another key forward to take the number 1 defender. JVR is a perfect #2 forward

    It’s not about size. Skinny players can have a presence. He lacks physicality and is scared of contact. He has no confidence and will not make even a 3rd tall AFL option. Delist now and save the spot for someone who has a go. Fullerton is a better player and he is also not AFL standard.
