Dusty is great. He’s a really nice guy by all reports. That’s why I was shocked when I thought he told Fritta to F off. So out of character, considering he was chatting to May in the last quarter about playing golf 😂

Last year in our Tigers game , Dusty kicked the first goal in the 3rd quarter. As they we’re waiting for play to restart the camera went back on Dusty and our man McVee , who was on Him.Dusty’s arm was outstretched pointing, and speaking.l thought that he was telling McVee why he outplayed him and , how he could improve his game in the future. Nice touch.

A flag & 3 top 4 finishes and yet our club can’t attract a gun fwd, watching Camero, the  blues fwds & the best we can do is Brown with a banged knee and fortunate it lasted in 2021.

Who do you suggest we should have recruited?

Sadly I believe given the reasons for him not playing he cannot be out on a LTI list.
It is  however taking a hellova long time. What has happened to “justice delayed, justice denied”?

    I agree.

Joel is being treated appallingly. Why hasn’t the AFL given the public a timeline for the resolution of this issue? Why hasn’t the MFC demanded a quicker resolution? And does the AFL Players Association care?

I have a few friends who are Saints fans who have lost all interest in the club since 2011. So sad.

Fortunately for St Kilda my 4  Sainter mates have stayed as members.

Random thought - does the AFL have to follow any rules, or are they able to do whatever they like? There's no legislation regulating their decisions and we all continue to buy memberships, merchandise and go to games.

It’s a very interesting thought. The AFL answers to no one.
I can’t explain it but it appears to have a business/ corporate structure like no other business in Australia.

    Does it make annual reports?

How much profit did it make last financial year?

I think there needs to be a Royal Commission into the AFL.

he said the same about pickett this time last year too

two first round picks please - one for every premiership he'll have at the mfc at the end of 2024

Cornes said last week that he thought Adelaide was going to offer 2 first round picks for Petty.

And after the defeat against the Lions , he said Petty was not worth it !

Nup if he’s not right don’t play him, he’s way more important than to worry about about a win tonight

Just spoke to a Demon neighbour who just spoke another Dees supporter who said C. O . Is out !

    Pretty reliable? I hope not.

This was always going to be the result.

It’s not unreasonable. It‘s not a conspiracy theory. It’s not because he’s not a Carlton or Collingwood player.

It’s what the MRO guidelines require and it’s part of the AFL’s increasing focus on concussion.

We just need to move on, as a club (ie preparing for Thursday) and a supporter base.

    Wrong
