Interstate Memberships

I am looking to buy 4 interstate memberships.

I need help.

I tried to do it online but i dont really understand it, when asking for quantity the only option is 1.

Also i dont understand the thing where it says find best available seats. Best available seats for what?

Cause if i can only do 1 at a time thats not very good cause i want all 4 of us sitting together.

Thats the next question i have is with the game that we will be able to go to at brisbane, will all four of us be able to sit next to other mates who come to the game? How does it all work?

Any more help would greatly be appreciated guys. First time i am becoming a member so i am pumped and yeah.

Please reply ASAP

If you're not buying it as a family membership, then you have to buy each membership individually. Unfortunately at the moment our interstate games aren't uploaded in the system so you can't pick your reserved seats online. That's the "Find best seats" function - its setup that way so that if you live in Perth and we're playing West Coast at Subi and it'll be a sell-out you're guarenteed your seat no matter what.

Given that it's not set up yet it might be easier to call the club and do it by phone.

I havent tried buying membership online but from what I gather it's an individual thing.

As for reserved seats - I think that just applies for those that go to the G.

For the Gabba game, you have to wait until the week before the game and book however many via Ticketek. My advice is to ring up once you work out on the ticketek site where you want to sit and book them by phone as it wont give you what you wnt online. We tried it last year and chose a great spot on the wing. Every time we tried to choose that, we got behind the goals which is rubbish.

We rang and got the seats we wanted right on the wing, in an alcohol free zone and they were perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure it cost us but it was well worth it not to have drunken fools dropping beer down our backs, excessive swearing and just rotten behaviour. We had a good deal of Melbourne people around but also a lot of Lions - you get that!

So, my advice is to wait and choose your own seats. Even if Melbourne get an allocation to reserve, I am sure they will be rubbish seats as thats all they ever got when we were the home team and this year we are just the visitors!!!!!!!!!!

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.

  • CASEY: Sandringham

The Casey Demons rebounded from a sluggish start to manufacture a decisive win against Sandringham in the final showdown, culminating a quarter century of intense rivalry between the fluctuating alignments of teams affiliated with AFL clubs Melbourne and St Kilda, as the Saints and the Zebras prepare to forge independent paths in 2026. After conceding three of the first four goals of the match, the Demons went on a goal kicking rampage instigated by the winning ruck combination of Tom Campbell with 26 hitouts, 26 disposals and 13 clearances and his apprentice Will Verrall who contributed 20 hitouts. This gave first use of the ball to the likes of Jack Billings, Bayley Laurie, Riley Bonner and Koltyn Tholstrup who was impressive early. By the first break they had added seven goals and took a strong grip on the game. The Demons were well served up forward early by Mitch Hardie and, as the game progressed, Harry Sharp proved a menace with a five goal performance. Emerging young forwards Matthew Jefferson and Luker Kentfield kicked two each but the former let himself down with some poor kicking for goal.
Young draft talent Will Duursma showed the depth of his talent and looks well out of reach for Melbourne this year. Kalani White was used sparingly and had a brief but uneventful stint in the ruck.

The Demons return to the scene of the crime on Saturday to face the wooden spooners the Eagles at the Docklands. Who comes in and who goes out? Like moving deck chairs on the Titanic.

It's Game Day and there are only 5 games to go. Can the Demons find some consistency and form as they stagger towards the finish line of another uninspiring season?
