i know sometimes it can take a little time to get a fair deal done !! but crickey 43 years ?

i also know melb.supporters are patient,( as well as frustrated and disillusioned) but going from champs to chumps and back to champs just takes some doing,..

and "TIME"!!! 1964 to 2008 shows the commitee and board members have been dragging the chain of discontent a tad too long.

or could it be they were just thoughtful and consumed with other more important issues of the day.?

i dont know what melb. got for barrassi if anything ?? but it would be deamed a long time coming for the messiah to return albeit in a reincarnation and slightly slimmer format.!

But the lack of respect and cheating the system for 43 years from other so called power clubs like carlton, (who got barassi and success off melb.) hopefully has come full circle.as they were in the wilderness and fighting amongst themselves for decades).

maybe its a sign that every dog can have its day.??

the then young barassi supporters can finally pull out their old "31" jumpers, and only need to rip off the "1" to then pass on to the next generation.

just hope its not another "diamond jim tillbrook moment"??
