Seriously Simon another game where we lead most stats - it’s become our DNA under your watch where we dominate contested possession & inside 50’s but walk away losers.

The best you can come up with in your presser is “we weren’t quite able to maximise our chances”

Your failure to develop our forward line and connection with the midfield, to develop leading patterns or our forward craft generally has seen us waste the best list I’ve seen at the Club in 60 years.

One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game. Ironically, Mihocek would also register the last minor score of the day after the game took a dramatic turnaround.
